I called to make an appointment for a couple of plumbing problems. I, as well as one other plumbing service, never got to the problem. Although it improved for a while. This is to commend you for hiring a worker from your employ who appears to have exceptional diagnostic talent. On February 3rd, Mike came in, did one test, fixed all of the plumbing problems and we were both onto another job in no time. I’ve never seen such “efficiency” and the ability to explain what was the problem in such a patient mannerly way! He is truly an asset to your employ and his talents noticed and appreciated.
